Lack of iPhone stock!

I've been calling Cell C for the past 3 months, nobody knows when there will be iPhones available??? I'm due for an upgrade but calling to find out is SUCH A MISSION! I get told every time "we don't know"

What is happening with Cell C and the iPhone stock? Today all other service providers get the new iPhone 12 but not Cell C? You guys don't have the Xr, 11, or the 12?

Thank you, I called this morning, told them I'm due for an upgrade on 2 Jan. And the person said there's no stock so how is there different stories. It's frustrating when you get different stories or when you are told you need to call in every time to find out if they will have stock. As much as people would like to stay with Cell C, you guys are not keeping up with the customer needs. I now see why people move over to other service providers, it's very frustrating.
