Lack of Internet Experience in Internet Industry
Purchased Cell C Internet ZTE modem/ router with promise that it will deliver reception to stream. Can only obtain between 0.75 and 3.6mbps! Claim it transmits up to 90 Mbps! Their seems to be no expertise in South Africa to offer support only Robots. Where does one find assistance as we experienced similar problems with Fibre installers and ISPs.

19 Sept 2021, 11:02ZTE MF927U LTE Ufi. Not Fibre with you. Went into Cell C branch yesterday but they tried to assist. Still buffering and freezing continuously. Internet intermittent in Bedford Gardens.

19 Sept 2021, 17:15After accessing that website it was nothing like you describe but went in and changed Password etc. But still buffering and giving 0.95 Mbps. Just like before. Put on Hotspot as recommended but still a complete disaster! Does this ZTE actually work? Certainly can't give me Internet.
