Lack of feedback - Service Failure

I have logged many queries and to date I have no received feedback. I called the call centre and just get transferred from one consultant to the next. The last reference received customer Service Case Number : *** logged on 01/02/2020 and to date no response just like all the other references. Can someone please look into that reference and liaise with me via email. I really want to pay up this account Cell C! please meet me half way. All I'm asking is for the details of the collectors or an account number where I can make payment to I'm not asking for credit.
