lack of feedback, ********** agreement

On the 1st April 2020 i posted a complaint and was called and requested to send through documentation of which i have done.

I was then contacted once and was unable to answer the call to date no feedback.

do i have to continue posting complaints in order to be updated with progress?

Cell C has been deducting money from my account without my concert. i have no contractual agreement with the Company.

Has the debit mandate been Cancelled? how far is the investigation? has the agreement in my name been stopped?
