Lack of customer service

I went into the cell c branch at Evaton Mall to enquire about ear phones. I found 3 consultants and 2 were busy with clients and the 3rd was busy on her phone. As per regulations I waited at the door to be sanitized but the lady just looked at me and looked back at her phone. What kind of customer service is this. I lodge a complaint the same Tuesday on they website and was promised to be called within 48 hours and nothing has happened.
