Lack of client servicing priority

Called contact centre to inform them that, we need to update banking details as we have switched banks.. turned out the account was in my wife's name. Asked politely for the consultant to call her and confirm what i was saying or perhaps update the details.. She bluntly told me "NO" let her call us.. it was a back an forth debate about even sending a simple request to someone that can call, to call her. It felt like i was really bothering her(Rethabile) disappointed by the lack of eager to assist, effect that we were promised to get when we signed up, even considering to move all my products to other providers because clearly if my wife calls on my behalf, then service is not to be expected.
