Lack of Customer Service

I ordered a Samsung phone on the 22nd June 2021 and I unfortunately never received this phone due to the incompetence of your sales people . I laid a complaint about this last week Wednesday and yesterday Thabiso called to try get the issue sorted and to finalize my contract and rectify the error. He said to me you have the stock of the Samsung A12 and I asked for delivery for today since I have been waiting for this stock since 22 June 2021. Today I phone to follow up on time of delivery and I get told I must wait in the que cause my contract was finalized yesterday. Why is the fact that this contract was initially finalized 22 June not even taken in consideration and now I must wait after everyone else that ordered after me because your sales person was ***********. Please can you kindly arrange for delivery for today as I shouldn't be waiting with everyone else that ordered after me, I believe people who ordered 22nd June have already received their phone so why should I still be waiting? Please check all your records and you will see as a customer I should be getting this type of treatment.
