Lack of customer and technical support

I have been unable to make phone calls from my cell C number since Friday. I have called their customer support more than 4 times without proper assistance. I've been made to wait 48 hours without access to something I pay for only to get a call to say they escalating AGAIN I have gone from paying a contract of 2000 to under 500 because of poor services rendered and honestly cannot believe the poor support a private company supplies
