Lack of Credit status update

My credit reports reflects that I still owe Cell c . I made a full payment this account to make sure it’s closed and that was in 2021. How has Cell c not updated my credit information for this long with the credit bureau is what I don’t get, this reflects negative on me and i am trying to fix my credit.
