Lack of contact and poor service from Cell C.

I have been a customer of cell c for over 20 years. I have always made my payments vote EFT. My service has been suspended although I made a payment before the due date. No attempt was made to contact me before suspending my service. This is really a poor show on their behalf. I have resent my proof of payment but there is still nothing from them. I would not be in a position to take a call from them until after 4pm on any day as I may not use my phone at work but I don't even have a missed call from cell c.
