Lack of communication from Cell C
On Saturday 31 March 2019 I app**** online (www.cellc.co.za) for a Simcard on a new business. It stipulates that it will be delivered within 48 hours if I reside in Gauteng and 72 hours for rural areas. Today is the 48 hour period and I stayed home so I can sign for the parcel. Well... no one arrives. How can you let clients inconvenience themselves if your institution have a lack of communication? This is unfair towards clients. So who will now sign for my Sim card as I will not be home tomorrow. No I do not sit the whole day in a office as I am a Risk Manager and visit clients during the day.
I am awaiting a proper solution for this problem.
