Lack of communication and pathetic service
I find dealing with Cell C a painful experience.

I sent in my watch for repairs 24/06/2015, it was booked in at Pinelands, Cape Town in a perfect condition with no damage.

It was booked in at JHB and to cut a long story short, I was told it was out of warranty, then it was liquid damage and not 1 technician/consultant had a proper explanation. Today is 31 July and still nothing ha come of this, I am paying for a contract with a watch I don't even have the use of. I am furious and honestly would feel better changing suppliers. Was quoted over R1000 to just allow the watch to switch on and they told me the quote stands. Absolutely no effort on their end to stay in contact with me, up to now not a word about the status of the job.

They sent me an image of it, to be honest it doesn't even look like my watch. I don't know how there could be liquid damage because I told them on the phone it never gets wet. Even if I wash my hands I take it off. Only thing it could be is sweat and if it is then its a manufacturer fault because how can the charging pins be exposed like that.

I have no joy in dealing with Cell C, they want the business but when they have it they mistreat you.
