Lack of communication

I took up a Cell C contract (24 month, for a Z3) close to 3 weeks ago. What was suppose to be no more than a week of waiting for me to get my phone delivered, has now turned into a waiting game.<br> I made calls to hear what's the hold up and all I get is that there's no stock available. Then why on earth do you sell me a phone you don't even have? I also see you guys have began to debit me, meaning basically I'm paying for a phone I don't even have. <br> The reference no is ***9 if anyone is interested in helping me. But I'm not gonna hold my breath. The irony of it is that, for people who claim to offer a communication service, you guys suck at it.
