Lack of client service regarding debitorders

<p>We took a data contract out with Cell c Robertson Western cape. After going back and forth regarding signal. We locked a complain and cell c let us know that they can not assist us with the signal problem and the contract was deleted. In April 2017. But debit orders from cell c are still going of yesterday R409 and why is this still being deducted. And this is the third deduction. I need this stopped asap. why is this ongoing iets not being stopped on your side. </p>
