LACK OF AFTER SALES SERVICE

I am absolutely shocked and terribly disappointed with the service I am currently receiving from Cell C. I should rather say lack of service!<br> <br> I have received a phone on 22 October and since then have only received terrible service to say the least. Firstly your 084140 number told me to contact 084145 number, but this number turned out not to be available on Saturday mornings, which forced me to visit a store. They refused point blank to assist as I upgraded telephonic. That is not customers focused at all. They told me to contact that number again on Monday. I have tried since then, but the service is experiencing technical difficulty - whatever that means. I tried contacting again this morning, but no success.<br> <br> I also logged a complaint on your website and have not received any feedback yet. Cell C have all my contact details from cell numbers to email addresses so there are no excuses.<br>
