I had a terrible experience with Cell c.

Whenevr you need assistance you can never get through to any of their iVR options and choose the coreect one, I wanted to cancel the contract and the staff are so *********** that I had to be verified three times, I was moved from Pillar to post in between client care and retentions back and forth like a ping pong ball.

I called them again and I had to go through that **** after initially waiting on the line initially for more than 25 minutes with my own airtime.

I will never use their services again
