Kefilwe Dube Services Stinks!!
Spoke to an agent Kefilwe Dube. I had to literally beg her to give me information as informed her it's my first time taking a contract phone. In the month of December I ended up paying R700 something due to information I was not provided but I asked. The limit of my benefits. She's rude, she literally yawned when I asked questions and she was not willing to assists me.
I spoke to her again this morning for her to set my limit, she gave me the same attitude and for a call centre agent myself no customer should go through what I went through with this agent Kefilwe Dube and twice in 2 months time.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
