Cell c gives you emergency airtime service is supposed to help you, when you recharge to pay it back it doesn't deduct the correct amount that you owe instead it's says you owe more. Is this a trap, recharge and remain in the minus, I have always struggled with bad signal now this emergency airtime eating my money. I owed R69, recharged with R50 but still owe R47. The agent came back to me telling that in order to solve my query today we must go back 30 days to solve a query for today. Tendani the agent went through all my recharges for the past 30 days to explain why I owe more than what I took. This is absolutely absurd. I can count .
