She also promised to send the letter by Friday the 20th?...Did that happen? NOOOOOO. I posted again on the 23rd asking for that letter....You business response was someone will contact me....Did someone contact me?...NOOOOOOO. Do I have a letter confirming what was said verbally? NOOOOOO. Can you use verbal confirmation to log a dispute.....NOOOOOO you cannot. Stick to what you say and stop making empty promises!!!!!!

How funny is that........An email was sent but the customer never received it. What email address did you use? Tell me. I am very interested in knowing....Even better . Send the proof of the sent mail? Why would I even be waisting my time here if I had the letter?
