Keep your old customer happy

I have been a contract customer of cell c for more than 9 years now and i still do not feel as a valued customer, i had a problem with my cellpohne and they could not assist me just to update the sysytem, they called me previously but still could not help me. I need them to get me another phone that i can use just to make me feel appreciated as a customer as i am paying for two contracts with them but i am struggling with a phone. Please help as i am in need of a phone.
