Keep on subscribing me to match me at R 3 per day and tell me they didn't activate it,I certainly didn't.!!
Please help!!!! These people keep on adding match me onto my account, I had 5 that I DID NOT subscribe to!!!,a fee days later I've been added again. They phoned me 2 days ago 8 times...to renew my contract which I refuse..they are bombarding me daily woth marketing messages. I have sent about10 messages to their email,no help,phoned call centre various times,no help,completed their stop contacting marketing site,no help...what do I do?

Cell C has no right to add subscription fees onto a client's account WITHOUT THEIR AUTHORIZATION AND THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT THEY DIDN'T DO IT so must I assume the tooth fairy did it? Cell C is the worst cell provider. Unfortunately I bought a data bundle for 6 months which I must use before I cancel both of my contacts with Cell C. You did the same thing to my neighbour who complained to ICASA and got a refund. I will be doing thesame and then you have the audacity to phone me I'm due for an upgrade!!! I will never take any contacts up with Cell C anymore,you're besides ***********.
