very frustrated and disappointed by cell c

had a contract with them which was ending in 9 may 19 after was subscribed t some ****ty bundle of 317 per month, been trying to call cell c and gave me ****ty service and empty promises, spoke to a multiple consultants and still not resolved after I get an sms that my account is in arrears, when I call yesterday the consultant told me that the recording can not be found yet the casewas not resolved, been a loyal client to cell and this is the was they treat their loyalcustomers,very disappointed and will never even recommend cell c to anyone
