my account was handed over for collection. i settled my account on 25/10/2021. no paid up letter was received as i keep calling and calling for the letter. this is now getting seriously frustrating to keep on calling. every time i phone they say it will be emailed to me and yet i am still waiting,...how long do i still need to wait??????
