<p>Cel C the poorer service telecommunication provider, waiting for 2 months to resolve an issue and now i paid for my monthly package they have blocked my phone am not getting any calls no help what so ever!!! what *** provider they are. They are so quick in deducting money, poor in client service.</p> <p> </p>
