Kagiso and Sidewell are Absolute Stars!!!

I would just like to thank Cell C for their follow-up with regards to the device I got from them last week. A lot of frustration came from the abysmal service I received from the courier company that delivered my goods on their behalf and I urge them to never use them again as the frustration caused by that company was unlike anything I've seen before.

But back to the wonderful service at Cell C - thank you to Kagiso who was the advisor helping me choose my device and Sidwell who called today to check if everything was okay after a rocky end to last week. Thank you again for being proactive, friendly and being able to relate.

Hopefully you get a courier service that follows you in that regard.
