Just plain RUDE1
I just spoke to a Matthew at Cell C in Centurion Mall (the one closest to the lake). This guy takes out his frustrations on me because nobody in his Legal Department is getting in touch with him regarding an issue on my account. He complains to me (the one that should be complaining) about the fact that he was on the line 4 times today to their legal services and nobody is getting back to him!!! Is this not suppose to be the other way around? This is also not the first time that I had difficulties with this specific shop. Can somebody not look into this?
