Just plain pathetic.

I wrote a complaint about Cell C call center and C sure more than 2 weeks ago, Cell C phoned me and said someone from C sure will respond to me asap, 2 weeks later no one has even tried to contact me regarding the complaint I wrote. Cell C is quick enough to discount your line if you miss a payment but when it comes to resolving issues they take their time or just do not get back to the clients. I want to find things out about my insurance, but it is easier to just ignore the client and their problems.
