Just pay, or your services are suspended

We took out this contract in May 2014 via Altech Autopage. My husband talks on his phone the whole day, never switches his data off, and pays ?R900 per month. I NEVER phone, send whatsapp messages (which Cell C claims we get for free since 18 Oct 2014) still have the sms on my phone, switches my data off, and get billed R4000+ in one month. Please hand me the report (this was directed to Autopage on 28 January 2015). Conveniently in March I was told this is more than 3 months old, it is sensitive information, R2000 worth of data downloaded in 10 minutes in SA? Just pay. I refused, and now my services are suspended. The biggest joke is, we now have wifi, I never use my data any more (just at work to download my e-mails), and get another R3000 bill this month. I have even spoken via e-mail with ICASA whom is so bias (ICASA is Autopage's ombudsman, by the way), that I will just have to pay the R7000 before my services will be re-installed. So guess what Cell C, Autopage and ICASA, you can all go to hell, I will pay this account as and when I want, because R7000 in my eyes are also sensitive, and you can keep your services, I will purchase another sim card and operate from that
