Just no service
Got a new contact, would like to set my out of bundle limit to 0. As per the sms received, it can be done on the app. Downloaded the app, as I never had any use of the services CELL C offered, it is needles to say but it cannot be done on the app. Phone the call center as per contact details provided on app, jumping through hoops, and the operator was the most unwilling person in the country to assist a customer. I will be canceling my contract. If I can get them to assist me, but it will be do. I also recommend anyone looking for a call provider, look somewhere else.

04 Apr 2025, 19:40Thanks for the prompt response, wish I could get the same level of service before complaining and from your customer call Centre.
People at your call Centre will make you lose customers, and once lost, they will not be coming back. I will not be coming back and rue my decision to upgrade my contract.
