Just another false promise

<p>Here we go again, CellC promised a refund within 7 days, after 7 days Iphoned and they adviced me they created a vredit note, which is not at all what we discussed, as I have been witing for this credit to be allocated to my account for 3 months, I was not going to wait longer. They then promised another 7 days, which I now phoned and yet again nothing has been paid. Buetemelo (manager) promised she will phone me back but then got a call centre aggend to phone me. He did not know what to tell me, so he told me the payment would be made Saturday, when I asked for a reason, he came back with the payment has been made and will reflect Saturday. Then came the shocker when I asked for a proof of payment as I have had all these promises made to me, they do not have proof of payment. How does a company not have records of payments made. I was told I am not allowed to talk to the finance department. Really????????? I am good enough to pay, but if they make a mess of things, I am not allowed to speak to them?</p>
