just a lie to get my hellopeter comment removed

I am SO ENRAGED right now, after complaining here on hello peter, about the call center, for not having a recording of my initial purchase of contract, i was pleasantly told by this guy to >> First make payment for my contract, then he will cancel my contract and not charge me a cancellation fee of R700 , Then i should just call 048 145 choose option 1 and they will give me a whole new contract. I phoned Friday and the man at the call center said he will NOT be giving me a new contract because i was on Debt review, . . I was on debt review when they upgraded me then. . Well i have over 20,000 face book friends and my company has over a 100,000 friends. . If this issue is not sorted out before 5 pm, , , , I will go VIRAL with this and people all over the world would know what cell c is really about. . . They where obviously waiting for my next payment in order to cancel everything. I do still have another contract with Cell C so why did the guy lie to me, in order to get my monthly contract fee. . . . Either they re-connect my original contract with my piece of Sh*t broken phone, or they give me my new contract as promised by Cell c call center on Wednesday. .
