June Debit Order
I have downgraded on my contract as my contract expired in June / July. M Mabuza assisted with my matter in cancallation and advised that I can down grade to 50 Straight up for +/- R120 per month which I have given 30 days instructions. In the beginning of June I was given the 100min / 100sms & 1gig data and my payment for June R409.00 was deducted. When I do my balance enquiry for July it shows that a payment of R593.34 will be deducted from my account. I have reported the matter *** or *** on the 14 July 2015 and still await feedback.<br> Please let me have urgent feedback as I want to know why this amount is going of my account.
