Juju furious !

My phone fell. Send it in for repairs clearypark Port Elizabeth . Hollard insurance aproved my claim . I paid R875,00 acces fees a 3 weeks back . Called them last week with the expectance that my phone are currently been worked on . Just to find out that they never recieved the phone.Talked the manager Cell C clearypark last week ,which insured me that they will get the phone to repairs asap. Called Hollard again today ...still waiting for the phone . Called CellC no response 3 days in a row. For 2 months now a paid my monthly premium of R1300,00 per month , without having my phone with me . Samsung s21 5g . Not happy at all with the customer service of Cell C clearypark...
