I’ve paid Cellc ov...
I’ve paid Cellc over a year ago and still with numerous attempts to have them remove my name or their account from my credit profile it still hasn’t been done I’ve been given a paid up letter from cellc but that still doesn’t help I need my damn name removed or you guys account removed from my credit profile I’ve paid you guys but now it keeps holding me back from getting things on my name it’s been more than a year since I’ve paid you guys this is the most pathetic service I’ve received and I sure do hope nobody else is experiencing this is this the type of customer service you guys show to your customers or ex customers? Really terrible customer service

25 Oct 2022, 18:20Yet another day has gone by without my issue being resolved, this issue has been going on for far too long now and it’s really frustrating what does one have to do to get cellc to remove their account of their credit profile I’ve sent you guys paid up letter you said the issue will be resolved it’s been over a damn year with no resolution, I try and apply for vehicle finance I get declined because of cellc not removing their account from my name saying that I still owe a total of R13602 where did this figure come from I’ve paid you guys over R7000 last year but I still owe you guys R13062 I’d like to know what for? Remove your account from my credit profile! Before legal action is taken against cellc and it will be done! I’m sick and tired of the incompetence you guys show when we need something done it’s going on for too long, you send a private message saying “notes will be in touch” yet I haven’t spoken to one of your consultants regarding this issue yet I emailed the paid up letter twice issue still not resolved
