I've had enough of Cell C

So after da review i put last week still no response from Cell C. Rendani has bn in contact but my matter is still no resolved. What does one need to do to get my phone back fixed nd working its been months now nd i pay every month on time with no defaults. .this is not fair I think its time i contact my legal team this is violation of ny consumer rights
