I cannot get my online profile unlocked with Cell C as for some reason the OTP is not being delivered. I have phoned the technical team and they tried to assist but were unsuccessful. They converted my profile to a business profile to enable me to reset the password, but now I cannot use it on the personal side. I would like to take out a contract but cannot do so. please just delete my profile so that I can create a new one, hopefully this will work.
