It's so horrible and my name is tarnished under them for a ***** that they are aware of. I don't have any contract with them and I submitted all the documents they required from me

16 Aug 2022, 17:23Can cell c please provide me with a clearance certificate and please load my name as a victim of *****. Them knowing that was a ***** and still deducting money from my account and still listing me is very *********** of them. I don't even have a cell c number, or ever went to their branches to buy something. I never even approved that debit order to go through. Even my bank has picked that up.

16 Aug 2022, 21:28That's the VVM ref no ***1, I got emails as proof that the case was withdrawn as *****, but now I'm been listed for the same ***** thing and again cell c debit my account R8172 for what I don't know.
Please remove my name on the SAFPS and report it as I'm a victim of ***** not that I'm owing cell c.
Please do your investigation and found out who used my details at which cell c to buy whatever product he or she bought using my details. I don't even have a cell c number. I don't even receive monthly statements nor billings of whatever was bought.
