I have a cell c contract, which I pay R186.00 every month for. I set it as a debit I have paid R186.00 for the past year now. but this month R191.00 as been debited for the contract. Cell C did not notify me when I took my contract that there will be an increase neither did they send me a message before deduction. I am very upset with Cell C, I feel they are just robbing their customers now, a lot of people have been complaining about this increase that they were not told about and I also don't get my statements or invoices posted or emailed to me, it is easier this way for customers to get ******. I receive statements and invoices for all of my other accounts.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
