Its just getting worse

I am disgusted with Cell C. 1. Because when I filled in my contract with your branch In Cape Gate, I filled in a debit order form, no debit order was completed and now my line has been cut!! 2.Then I called into your call centre today around 11:33, thern your consultant was so rude and cheeky, then even after she realized she was beeing cheeky and rude to me and I was right as she was whole time reffering to the wrong line, she then dropped the line. Cell C, I am a disgusted unhappy customer and I will be settling my contracts and I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH YOUR COMPANY! WHO WAS THAT PERSON WHO JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN WHILE I WAS STILL HOLDING ON? I WAN HER NAME AND I WANT HER DICIPPLEND AND I WANT THIS BILLING ISSUE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!
