Its Good when you owe them

I was handed over by cell c to Attorneys and requested settlement letters to pay the accounts. Firstly they Recycled my Cell numbers without even contacting me and when i asked because i was disconected from the network they said they have a right to do so. One of the lines that was disconected was used for business and so i struggled when i had to tell everyone because it was done without any notice. I paid the accounts in full last year around june or july and only to find out that there was a surplus of R900 and o was told this between september or october and so i have been trying to get back wat is due to me but i have been taken from pillar to post about my money and everytime i call their legal department i get different people and when i give them the reference number that i was given they say Cell C does not owe me but after when they chack again they can see that surplus of R900 and everytime im being asked how much does cell c owe me and they always promise to call me back. i have spent so much airtime trying to sort out this but at the end i end up hanging up because at times i would hold for 20 to 30 minutes and still no one picks up . There is no client service at all
