Its been nearly a year! No feedback

Its wonderful getting ref numbers from Cell C, we will sort out your queries, Now 8 months later! Still nothing Ref ***. I paid a data contract, without ever using or receiving the data card! Was promised to get free data to that value on a new data contract. One year later...... still waiting....Then I find out they blacklisted me!!! Two months after my account was settled in full, and proof of payments send to them!!! Strange that I still have 4 contracts with them if I am a bad payer???\? Not to mention they were going to refund me
