It's been a week now trying to get hold of Cell C Customer services line

It's been a week now trying to get hold of Cell C Customer services line. The line goes unanswered. I complained the first time on this platform and they responded by saying they will resolve the matter privately. That was never done. I complained again and was promised a call back. To date nothing is happening and I am afraid monthend they will want to deduct money from my account. I am currently on the line holing, it's been over 30min, no response. Not sure what to do anymore
