ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND MY REFUND IS STILL NOT PAID

it has been over 2 f****** months now that cellc insurance incorreclt debited my account and my money is still not into my account. everytime i call they say that they have to send it to finance. recently a lady who has been working on my 1st post to hello peter sent me a letter of payment, and then i realised that those idiots at cellc were looking into the refund they gave me in July...so explain this...if you incorrectly debited me in August how can you have given me my refund in july... *** IS WRONG WITH ALL OF YOUR CONSULTANTS THAT NO ONE COULD ****ING PICK THIS UP BEFORE, i am done with your company i want ALL MY MONEY BACK THAT IS EVERY SINGLE CENT YOU ****ING TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT
