Itemised Bill printout dressed up as a Value Added Service

Cell C has resorted to obfuscation, received a bill which I wish to challenge and requested an itemised printout of my account and was told in order to receive one was informed by Lerato Maleka have to sign up for a Value Added Service which will be billed at an amount of R 21,59 per month.

They simply refuse to furnish me with one for the month in question. Methink Cell C is in serious trouble...like really

Dear Mpho

The reason I requested a detailed printout is to verify the amounts charged per call, according to the spreadsheet sent by you, there are zero amounts for calls made during the month of April 2019, yet the statement sent to me charged me R368.66 excl VAT for calls made.

I can assume, Cell C will either rectify my invoice or sent me a spreadsheet with the amounts charged per call?

Havs anyone tried calling Cell C's 135 helpline? When calling the helpline and select option 3 for a support, you receive a message about a self-service PIN, which should you not elect to register for a self-service facility there is no way you can get through to a call centre agent...almost like Cell C currently have no helpdesk service for their clients to address queries, except via the HelloPeter medium.  This need to be brought to the attention of the National Consumer Commission as Cell C do not provide a complaints option to their clients.
