ITC update/Cell C incompetence
I had a contract with Cell C in 2023. I managed to pay off the owed amount during the same year. Despite this, Cell C fails to update ITC details. I have been receiving calls from debt collectors even during 2024 because of their incompetence. Their actions are negatively affecting my ability to apply for credit. I am not happy at all. Cell C is the worst.
