ITC Update

As per reference number *** my Cell C account has been settled. On Saturday and today i am receiving calls from MBD advising me of the account being in arrears. Can someone please advise what is going on with this ACCOUNT??? As per Sanelisiwe the account is paid up. Kindly please forward me the paid up letter to ***

Below is the response I received from you Cell C(4th September 2022)

Please receive our apologies for the delay in resolving your query. The payment was allocated successfully and we await confirmation from our Legal Team regarding the ITC update. We have sent another follow up request and our Team will be in touch.

2 weeks later no response from your Legal Team.
