ITC Ruined

<p>I contacted Experian Credit Bureau for my credit report as i was declined finacing recently.On the report it shows that i have a overdue account with cell c for R226 ,the account was opened in on the 27 January 2014.According to my knowledge this account is settled and closed.i call cell c coustomer centre the lady cant pick up the account she then transfers me to the billing department they also cant pick up the account,they transfer me to the retentions department which transfers me to the legal department.after spending a hour on the phone no one answers the phone on the legal side.Cell c service is actually not bad its horrible</p>
