ITC Reference Number

My name is Vuyolwethu Otto

In November 2020 my iPhone 7 (IMEI no: ***5 258985) was ****** and unfortunately the call centre person who was in charge of blacklisting the phone accidentally blacklist the incorrect phone which was the iPhone XR (IMEI ***9 8699)

I was told to visit the nearest Cell C branch. At the time it was The Glen. I was told the matter was resolved but it seems it was not.

Unfortunately, my iPhone XR was ****** today with all of my belongings and I am trying to blacklist the phone but I am told the phone was blacklisted in 2020, which clearly the matter was not resolved.

I have the 2020 case number with the correct iPhone 7 details as proof that the iPhone 7 was reported but the incorrect IMEI number was registered. Unfortunately the Glen is unable to assist me.

Please I need to issue a case at the police station but I am not able to because I cannot get a correct ITC reference number from your call centre.
