I’m very disgusted with Cell C service especially after speaking to Sandile Gumede who calls himself superior.

I once had a contract with Cell C, a route of which was long paid up after its 24 months term. I couldn’t believe today when I was applying for my dream house, a bond. My ITC records reflects that I’m in arrears and I still owe Cell C R301. Speaking to Sandile Gumede has been a nightmare as he couldn’t assist me to get this matter resolve. Say it has to be escalated and get a paid up letter. A paid letter wont do any justice, I need your company name to be removed off my ITC records because I don’t owe you a cent.

Send me my paid up letter urgently and removed your false information on my ITC urgently.

Should I not get a response from you by close of business tomorrow. I’m going to ombudsman to expose you and I’m taking legal actions with my lawyers
