ITC PROOF QUERY
Good day I really do not understand how you could close my case without resolving it. I still have not received an ITC number from cell c I already settled for an email or any form of proof that states why I cannot be assisted with an Imei number and itc number anything would work at this point. You can reopen my case if you have to but I need some sort of proof as to why I cannot be assisted.
I was assisted by Beauty from social media platform but it was never resolved but my case was closed.
Cell c I just need any form of proof that I cannot be assisted with an itc number cause my insurance policy is going to be declined 9n the 17th of December, I'm hoping to get a resolution before then.
